for the sake of saving the cost of one pat of butter or margerine the manager or owner or operator , whatever she is was prepared to alienate a good paying customer. i asked for 2 pats of butter and was told i would have to pay 25 ct for the second one. this was after declining the dipping sauce that was offered. CRAZY

lol at wendys. too cheap to give a paying customer 2 free pats of margerine even though i declined the dipping sauce.first of all without saying she charged an extra dollar for five pats of margerine , then when i said two, she said i would have to pay for the second one . how stupid and cheap . i said forget it and walked out.

Excellent service- friendly,cheerful and accomodating staff( with kudos given to the staff for maintaining any type of decent customer service given the type of customers they have to put up with -seems Duncan tends to have an inordinate number who enjoy whining & complaining about anything & everything in an effort to get freebies as evident the 3 or 4 times I overheard while waiting for my orders)* If they had been my customers I don't think- no I revise that- I would not have put up with it and told them to hit the road ( and no-the customer is NOT always right)


Food was tasty, hot and fresh with orders complete just as I ordered and limited wait time from the ordering of my food to the receiving of my food

Premises both interior and exterior including washroom,eating area and service counter were very well maintained

I would not hestitate to return and certainly would recommend this Wendy's as a good place to eat

They are the Worst Customer servive i have ever had. i ordered a 10 kids meals for a birthday party, not only did i have to put the toys in the bag MYSELF the amount of food and the presentation was disgusting. Each child got 2 nuggets and half a box of french fries, and they were just thrown in the bag and at me. When i went to pay with my Visa (which it says that they accept)they said i had to put a code in. To add insult to injury the manager turns around and yell at me in front of a line of people saying that its my fault that there machine is not working. i will never go to this wendys again and i will tell everyone that i know about the Very Very Very Poor service that i recieved from a manager.

I ordered the chicken burger combo, and a chocolate shake. Service was friendly, had to pull over and wait for my fries, at least they made a fresh batch! They needed more salt(if there was any on at all). I didn't receive any pop, thought it should of been included with the combo. anyhow, the chicken burger was really quite tasty, and the milk shake was out of this world!!

visited your restaurant sept. 30, 2007 with my wife and grand children ages 15 10 and 8. ordered our meals 2 chicken strip combos,2 burger combos,and 1 frosty with a side of fries and 4 drinks veery quickly received 2 fries 1 chicken strip, 1 burger and 3 drinks. after acouple of minutes received 2nd burger and frosty. after a further minute was told that the remaining fries and chicken strips would be brought to our table when ready. as the 2 fries we had already received had been sitting for approximately 4 minutes i asked for new ones as these would be cold. in 4-5 minutes some fries and chicken strips were brought to us had to remind the young lady who delivered these items that we were still short 2 fries and i drink which she returned with very quickly. this is not the first time that we have had to wait for a portion of our meal or the fries were served first and by the time the rest of the meal was ready the fries were cold. as the service at this restaurant seems to be deterorating we will not be returning. gordon sturgeon cobble hill
