different departments, have different reviews. so, unfortunately there was a really unhappy occasion with the drug counter at safeway,on trunk road. I have the name as well, I was told to put a written report in, but somehow I came away blaming myself, when it wasn't me. anyway, sheree, or cheree, blonde straight ironed hair. and tough as nails. she asked me if i had air miles, I said no, she had already asked me my name and address, and rang it in the till. I said to her, I don't understand, it doesn't have my blue cross coverage showing, YOU DON'T HAVE BLUECROSS, yes I do. I was at the receipt stage, she realized she gave me someone else by the same last name drugs. Oh I would have asked you this and that, she already had, she was lying to cover her error, she took the right Rx bag, and rang in a new items list. no sorry, like it was my fault, sori it wasn't my fault. I discussed this with a family member, and they too thought to be treated like that, NO. pull your drug account.
