I've only been to the Nanaimo location and only once so far. I got over-the-top good service except for one dude swishing a broom around the dining area a little to enthusiastically while I was waiting for my take-out order. Made me glad I wasn't dining there... but made me wonder how often this happens (everywhere)... allowing the airborne stuff to settle on the pre-prepared stuff we "love" to eat. The food itself was not significantly different from KFC in my opinion, but I like spreading my business dollars around, so I'll probably go there from time to time to delude myself that I'm not too boring ) ..More Reviews
