Despite its modest dcor, the dining experience at the Genoa Bay Caf is sure to impress! Our little group of four had the pleasure of savoring Chef Daves culinary expertise recently. I am a very particular eater, a vegetarian, and although there were some sumptuous looking salads on the menu, I was really in the mood for some of their famous fries and perhaps a modified hamburger (without the meat), the filling choices looked great. After discussing my desires with our host the dish delivered to the table was not only beautiful, but exactly as promised the best ever. Although my table mates were relishing their own choices, recognizing their curiosity over my dish, Chef Dave brought them each a small sample of the risotto they loved it too!
